The hotel features a lovely garden where I enjoyed relaxing. The breakfast room overlooked the gardens. IT was a great view. The staff was attentive providing amazing service at the 24-hour reception. I had a restful experience here.

The hairdryer in the bathroom was a dated model attached to the wall.

unattended keymajor disappointment

the Room looked old. the guy at reception insisted on keeping our passports. he also demanded our car key then left them unattended. this was a major disappointment given the high score the hotel has.

the hotel had a great location just outside the town. it was only a short 15-minute walk into the heart of the town. the lady at the front desk gave us great advice, and i appreciate her help.

i found some of the staff to be very rude. one staff member almost shouted at us when we arrived early before check-in. she seemed annoyed by everything we did and it was very unpleasant.
